They keep popping up that he is leaving. They are persistent and will not go away. A guy on another site says he's looking at GA Tech.

With williams, brown, and oku...and hopefully another recruit coming in, it wouldn't suprise me.

why doesnt kiff use poole more i never got tht, he cud easily be starting for another team not ga tech but other teams we gotta keep this guy

I hope not, but this would not shock me, and GT would be a good place for him.

how good is he?? to me he's about equal to BB, better than Oku at this point.......Kiffin probably is looking to the future, i'm not sure what he's doing.....

Poole is one play from getting significant PT this year. Not sure why he'd be discussing a transfer. Unless it has nothing to do with PT.

Remember when he signed with Tennessee his mom kept talking about him going to the NFL and stuff like that so I guess he and she thinks he deserves the most playing time...and maybe he does I just know they were talking about that when he first joined the team

I don't know about this year but you can bet he won't be here next year if he continues riding the bench all year. He deserves better than what he's getting. Not because of seniority either but because of his on the field performance during spring and fall practice.

His situation kind of reminds me of Onterrio Smith's a little. He's a talented guy who could play at a lot of other places, just not necessarily more talented than the guys who are here.

that guy was totally sick in spring and fall camp......he looked awesome against w. kentucky, and got very few reps........not fair at all.........Oku is not better than poole, and bb is about even......don't get it.......poole has great attitude too

Me and a buddy were talking about what happened to poole since the Western KY game. wouldn't be surprised if he transfered. you forget Toney Williams who coach kiff really liked hasn't even played due to a torn acl so it's crowded.

I'd be suprised he seems pretty committed to UT, if he's upset about reps he should be....i know kiffin wants to appeal to recruits that early playing time is what you get here but Poole is the real deal, it would hurt to lose him especially next year when Hardesty's gone.

That GUY is a total moron, tool bag, and should be dropped like a sack of potatoes.

However it is true that Poole is unhappy about his spot on the depth chart, but he comes and works his butt off every practice.

Kiffin is going to play best no matter if they are a freshman or senior, by now this should be evident. I wish Poole the best but why are we questioning Kiffin's and more importantly EDDIE GRAN'S ability to evaluate talent? This "recruiting for next year" argument is getting old. Kiffin wants to win now. If he doesn't, he won't be able to pull any recruits.

If he don't win now/soon, the way some people get, he won't be here long enough to pull any recruits...Which I think we can win, just a matter of executing on offense

Just a matter of executing on offense WITHIN the realm of plays we are able to run. A.K.A. a lot of slants, screens, dumpoffs, and then tons of run plays. Then we show a little faith in the passing game and BAM, interception

Agreed. I don't mean we have to win 9-10 games this year but he has to show the ability to do so in the VERY near future.
