He is an absolute beast.... grant it our O line done pretty good the first quarter and a half...

but he has got some heart...
and i cant wait to get some experience at O line and see what he can do then...this guy could be up for heisman by the time his senior year rolls around!!

This kid is special!!!:rock::rock:

Did anyone else notice that Poole in the huddle sometimes would look at Simms almost like "why the heck are we running that play?"

I think Poole just wanted the ball more and less passing.

I am very impressed with our " O " line and for poole and oku. I have great vibes from where our team will be in a couple years. We will have hunter, and the roger's with Exp. We will have a Exp'd Defense and DD will have a few better recruiting classes simply because he believes in tradition and structure. If we can keep wilcox and cheney around and add " value " to our team we will once again be a powerhouse. Its a good and a bad thing that we are a freshman team starting from the coach down, but in a good way we will grow as a team all together and build something special. :number1:

I noticed that....and well the running game along with a few dump off is what kept us in the game the first half... he should have got the ball more.... hell the first half almost every first down was a good run by poole...teh second half....OKU was in on first downs....

I dont like to question CDD's decisions.... he knows more than I do...but i didnt understand that move

I've been telling people that poole was the best back UT has had for a long time. when i saw him as a freshman. He has quick moves, speed and power

Yup, remember Saban went 6-6 in the regular season and had ended the regular season with a 4 game losing streak in 2007 (his first year). In 2010 they have a statue of him in front of the stadium after winning the NC in 2009.

We'll get there, it's just building the foundations now for much greater years soon enough.

Bought a #28 jersey on the way to the game yesterday. Poole sure didn't let me down!
