Methinks a lot of that went on when Mashack launched that shot, creating Orange fireworks! Pooches deserve a pat & handful of treats.

My wife and i were watching the game with my daughter, her husband and 10 year old grandson. Also in the watch party was my granddaughter, her husband (a Bama fan) and their one year old. When Mashack hit the shot, the house exploded in yelling. I strutted and fist pumped across the den floor. The one year old, a cat and the Bama fan did not share in our enthusiasm.

Mashack is now officially the Juaun Jennings of Vols basketball. The similarities in their competitive nature is undeniable. Now, they each own a signature moment in their time here that will always be fondly remembered by us fans.

I'd give the slight nod to Gainey, he had a tremendous game. But Mashack has cemented his name as an all-time Vol favorite.

MASCHACK AND GAINEY,

ha.... I 100 % feel you, but come on man, we can't keep doing this co- POG. Sometimes it's an extremely hard choice but you gotta pick one. POG can be really argumentative/debatable, but that's what makes it fun.
I had to give it to Shack this game, not for just hitting that miraculous shot, but for the additional things he did in taking the game over the last 2-3 minutes.

I was watching in the Delta Sky Club in the international terminal at ATL before our flight to Paris. Unlike most sky clubs, literally no one besides me was watching the game. When the shot went in, I screamed so loud the entire Sky club got quiet and looked at me. Didn’t care. It was amazing!
