I like just about every person I've ever known from Pittsburg. There has been a lot of exchange between East TN and Pitt folks over the years, mainly due to the Alcoa plants during their prime. Pittsburg had a lot of blue-collar talent from the steel industries that made their way down here.
My wife and I attended a week long conference in Pittsburg last year. We were so impressed with how pleasant and hospitable the people were. The city was beautiful too. One morning, I was out on a run and got on a park paths that went under a large tunnel. Wildlife everywhere. Saw deer on the path during my run Totally a beautiful city.
