And how do you decide who is best? Results! This is why college polls are so fubar-ed. People think they are all knowing when it comes to who is best, they don't look at factual stats and outcomes of events.

At this point, Tennessee has absolutely accomplished more than Florida.

I live in Orlando and haven't been to a Gator bball game in 10 years. Given what happened last year and that the game is smack dab in the middle fo the season and all the students will be in school, I'd say that your onyl chance to get a ticket is to be willing to pay an obscene amount of money for it. And even then it might be tough.

Oh I know it's irrelevant. I just like participating. :)

Also, lawgator, look at the resumes of the two teams through December 26th, and Tennessee's is better. Of course I think Florida has the most talent in the country, and I think UF will win both games.

However, rankings are about what you've done so far, and clearly, Tennessee has done more to this date. This will obviously change.

you think duke deserves the 2 spot zona? They are dominant defensively but couldn't score 80 on some high school teams. also, what will happen to your polls if OSU rips UT a new one?

There are games in between that will give me more information. If OSU rips UT a new one, obviously things get shuffled around a bit.

If you think the poll should've turned out different or you don't agree with how a certain individual's poll, you guys (lawgator1, volfanbill, and anyone else) should send in your poll this week on Sunday night/Monday morning. I enjoy voting each week, and the more the merrier (sp? - just didn't look right to me). The more people that participate will help us to have a better overall poll, because one person's opinions won't carry so much weight.
