I don't believe everyone thinks the fans are the sole reason for this dumpster fire, but some of the base do own some of the negative reputation that has been created. This is a doubled edge sword, and it really doesn't matter at this point as to whose fault it is.........the damage and negative publicity will follow UT for years. There are very few media outlets that will agree with you, but at this point......who cares.

Its not being upset thats a problem, its how you handle it.

Vandy homer, Clay Travis, some uninformed/prejudiced, hysterical fans with unrealistic expectations along with similarly misinformed state legislators and social media were a huge part of this debacle.

Among others in the football world that have spoken for Schiano are Manning, Majors, Meyer and Belichick.

keep the focus where it should be. administration and haslam. it's not about a coach.

Personally, I dont give 2 $hits who they blame as long as we get a good coach and get back to winning

My kids dont get what they want when they wine.

And no its not the parents fighting in the front seat. Its kids bad mouthing a parent directly on social media becuase they dont get what they want.

Or a kid (vols fans) sitting in an orphanage and noone wants to adopt you becuase they dont like the way you act.

If you want to use parenting analogies.

As ive said before, the revolt was okay for Schiano, however leading revolts against every other coach, with a moral or ethical reason to do so, does not help your cause.
