Please explain Gilbert’s theatrics at 2b

Anyone know the meaning? If you are speculating or posting jokes, please reference with an * before the statement so I know which ones to laugh at and which one is true.

We are an incredibly good team. It will be a crime if we don’t get to Omaha.

Ole Miss is a good team, that's the hell of it. But I agree that kind of sloppy defense will catch up to you sooner or later. Hopefully they get it under control before too long.

Just stating the facts. Fielding errors will get you beat and sure the coaching staff is telling this team the same. Don't get your big orange panties in a wad Vol fans I've been one longer than most of you puppies have been alive. Next

That's one advantage this staff has at their disposal, a deep bench so that if someone's not working to get better, they can take a seat, but doesn't appear they need to use that tool because everybody is working for each other.

Teams might think twice knowing the payback could come from Joyce, who has just enough lack of control so you're not completely sure he intended to.....

I'm guessing most pitchers do not want to see if GillyGooBear can back up his antics with a run to the mound. He might be small but he has that I'm willing to punch you in the mouth attitude. If you are good enough to hit him, you should also be good enough to put the pitch where he can't hit it hard.

In Joyce's interview with Pitching Ninja, Joyce mentioned that Drew Gilbert is a workout fanatic and one of the strongest guys on the team.

I don't know if he can fight but he's got the build of a grown man.

Heard that he’s a beast in the weight room. Love Drew‘s swagger and enthusiasm and he consistently backs it up on the field.

Get too cocky about what? We swept them. Lots of games left to play. We will lose a few. We won't lose that many. Not guaranteeing anything in the postseason, but this team is really, really good.

There will and are players you do not like until you play with them and would run thru a wall for them. Nothing wrong with enthusiasm and swagger. Now the OM pitcher making excuses just makes the swagger/enthusiasm a little more prominent. If you talk the ———— you best back it up especially in baseball. They did not (or lets say he did not) and then it reflects on everybody and to hear that Johnson kid talk he was not real thrilled with the mouthpiece on their team and was obvious about it.

You are exactly right. Some of us fans have our orange panties wadded. I wonder whose are the most wadded? Hmmmm......

Drew's antics on second don't mean anything, heard a fan ask him at Oxford while standing near the team's bus and He said He was just "having fun"... As far as fighting, I'd say there's plenty of Tough dudes on this team... That have each other's back!!! Plenty of Swag for sure, and to honest. I don't think anyone on this team really cares what other teams think of them.
