whe need to find a way to get are playmakers mainly our freshman on the field. We don't have to rely on them to be go to guys but we need to find a way to use them like Florida, Cal, and other elite programs. Time and time again i heard the cbs analyst talk about how we tried to keep it nip and tuck and drive down the field. That strategy caused us to stall out and commit turnovers after we would make pretty reasonable drives down the field. They kept on talking about how florida was going to let us do that and it caught up to us. I understand they dont like throwing it down field with Ainges finger and all but that is where you find a way to get your playmakers on the field. We haven't done that and teams capitalize on our mistakes. We beat our selves more than the other teams beating us

Very much agreed, other teams can essentially play the bend but don't break defense, cause we will make a mistake before we can get a TD.

No downfield threat, where have I seen that before (2005)?

All Urban has done with Harvin is have run deep or run a few misdirection plays.

Can't get much simpler than that.

I dont understand why we dont try a few of Harvin's type runs with O-Neil or another Speed-demon.. they did it all day with Harvin and Fayson..
it's not that hard to do that, why dont we watch and learn, instead of doing the same ol crap like run up the middle and get just 2-4 yards..

We shouldve gone deep at least 5 times last nite.. especially since we were getting blown out..
i mean, what will it hurt!
