Live the life of one of these for a day as a star athlete take your pick.

1 Vols football player
2 Vols B ball player
3 NFL player
4 NASCAR driver
5 Baseball player
6 Soccer player
7 Indy car driver
8 NBA player
9 Poker player

As a star? NBA player.

But being an NBA bench warmer, like 2nd or 3rd on the depth chart would be kickass. You still make a ridiculous salary for just practicing a couple times a week.

How about a Major League closer? Huge salary, potentially long career, and you only work one inning every time your team is winning (and then, not if they are winning comfortably.) If you are with the Devil Rays, that is only about 1 game in three.

That may be the ticket. Closer for the D-Rays.

Lawyer groupies are pretty cool. I just had one bring me a drink.

Of course, she's a lawyer, too, so maybe I'm the groupie.

Lawyer groupies are OK, but they're not NBA quality. That's why I prefer hanging out in NBA arenas and clubs to lawyers bars.

I have a friend who is a Maverick, but thus far, he has failed to provide a single groupie. I therefore play the hand dealt me, and have a lovely fellow barrister mixing the whiskey with the water.

Just go hang in a club with your pal. The sheer numerity of hotties that follow NBA teams around will put you in prime position. Your pal won't have to help you at all.
