I expect initials on a sweet response like this.

Condiments for me:

Spicy Yellow Tail roll or Super White Tuna Nigiri: light soy sauce with wasabi mixed in.

Hot Dog- mustard. can be good with cheese too.
Cheeseburger- plain. (although if i do have something with it it's usually mayo)
Steak- don't use steak sauce. if it's a good steak, it doesn't need it
EGGS- cheese eggs = win
Salad dressing-not a big salad person, but i'll go with ranch.

Me and ole' Tex (and many others) agree here. A good steak needs nothing more than maybe a little sprinkle of salt and au jus.

Anything needing 57 (Which I can dabble with on Chicken) or that terrible A1 is not a steak of quality.

A1 kinda sucks. i don't understand why so many people like it so much. it doesn't do that much for me.

if the steak at a restaurant sucks, I'm getting A1. Those are real downers, because as mentioned several times, a good steak doesn't need anything. I don't even think a good cut of meat needs preseasoning or marinades.

Fries- Ketchup or cheese. Sometimes I'll splurge and go ranch
eggs- Tobasco or Ketchup
burger- Mustard, Ketchup, cheese, light onions, and occasionally bacon
hot dog- mustard, chili and that bottled cheese stuff
Salad dressing Italian or Lite Ranch
Most sandwiches typically get spicy mustard and some sort of matching with the meat cheese.

while eating grilled chicken, I realized I need to clarify my previous post. when I said a good cut of meat doesn't need preseasoning or marinades, I was only talking about steak. I've added a handful of seasoning and worcestshire blends to burgers and chicken and pork chops can take all kinds of marinades, seasoning and bbqs to improve their flavor. I will never understand why someone would fry pork chops (or really chicken for that matter) when a grill is right outside. Fish can also be enhanced with good seasoning.

I also put worcestshire on roast beef and potatoes because i grew up with a mother that while I hold very dear to my heart is the pickiest of eaters and had us eat roast beef and potatoes about twice a week. It just doesn't have any taste anymore.

That's got to be the strangest post of this thread. The use of ranch dressing on pizza.
It's pretty awesome.

Mine go:

steak- nothing
Chicken- BBQ sauce or Ranch
Burgers- BBQ sauce Or Lettuce, Cheese and Bacon
Wings- Ranch
Hot Dogs- cheese, chili, bacon bits, and ketchup
Pizza- ranch
Chili- cheese, bacon bits, Tabasco

bleu cheese is better, especially if you like to use the dried red pepper on your pizza.

My pizza, other than the buffalo chix pizza, is always topped with garlic salt, red pepper flakes and parm. cheese. I save the ranch dressing for the crust.

If only every pizza joint offered garlic sauce, I would never use Ranch dressing.
