I'm a Miracle Whip instead of Mayo guy..

Dogs.. mustard relish, onion, no beans chili..

burgers.. pretty much Jimmy Buffet's way..

Steak.. if it needs sauce, you screwed it up.

Roast beef/swiss/rye.. must have horsey sauce.

Chicago style hot dogs- Ketchup, pickle relish and onions. All you people who say it's a sin to put ketchup on a dog can :biteme: and leave my dog alone.

Hot Dog- Mustard and lots of onions and beer
Cheeseburger- All the way add bacon and extra onions and fries and beer
Steak- Agreed, if you have to have sauce then you screwed it up and red wine or liquor straight up
Eggs- I like mine over medium so the yellow is runny on dry wheat toast and a HUGE OJ
Salad Dressing- Oil and Vinegar, I like vinegarettes.

We must be related, there is nothing I'd do different. No insult intended.

Exactly the way I like them, hate overcooked eggs.
Also like the idea of beer as a condiment, although I think I'll still just drink mine from the bottle, doesn't it make them soggy?

meatloaf: tiger sauce

what a coincidence, I put meatloaf sauce on my deep fried tiger.

chicken wings - bleu cheese
fries - ketchup and mayo mix
most sushi - wasabi and soy
totinos party pizza - ketchup
burger - ketchup, spicy mustard, mayo
hot dog - spicy mustard and sweet relish

Me and ole' Tex (and many others) agree here. A good steak needs nothing more than maybe a little sprinkle of salt and au jus.

Anything needing 57 (Which I can dabble with on Chicken) or that terrible A1 is not a steak of quality.
