Assuming you're saying what I think you're saying. I know nothing about Philadelphia other than that I've had a really good time there the three times I've been there.

(My assumption is that Johnathan Whitehead White Guy III is not going to get pulled over at 9 AM in a really nice car, and that your implication is that this is a clear case of a guy being pulled over for DWB in a really nice car.)

I've got a friend down here in Atlanta who swears up and down that black cops are even worse about pulling him and his friends over for DWB than white cops are.
