I explained this to a Clemson fan a few months ago......... I USED to be a betting man, and I won over 70% of my bets. But it starting taking a lot of the fun out the games, so I quit. For some reason, after the Bama/Clemson game, he didn't have much to say anymore.

I agree with you on the SEC West. They are so screwed up i can see MSU finishing 2nd.

Just a quick note from an Ohio fan about Steele's prediction. Check out the MAC - the Bobcats are picked to win the MAC East. Bruce Feldman at ESPN.com has Ohio in the top ten of "teams most likely to improve":

#3 Ohio (4-8): No less an expert than Phil Steele picks the Bobcats to win the MAC East title, and there are plenty of reasons to board the bandwagon. Start with Ohio's defense and special teams, which should be the best or close to it in the MAC. The Bobcats also will return almost all their top skills guys from last season. And they won't have to face Central or Western Michigan, the two favorites of the MAC West.

Can't wait to make the trip to Knoxville this fall!!!!
