Phil Steele’s projected OL starting lineup for UT

Apparently you don't have a clue. Darnell Wright was the one missing from what has been expected by most fans and analyst. Wanya Morris is starting at left tackle just like he did all of last year.
Got the two mixed up. You understand the point I was making. Why would he have Mays at Tackle in place of Wright when most VN members believe Mays is a fit at RG?

Looking back on Darnell Wright’s recruitment, it’s almost laughable at the percentage who referred to him as a “must get”. That tends to lose it’s definition a nanosecond after signing. “We got him now let’s sit him, redshirt him and switch his position”. Wright was a true freshman who enrolled in the summer. He’ll be waves better as a sophomore and he was already better than previous players who manned RT. Mays will play RG and help Wright dominate that side of the OL...heard it here first.

Calbert is a man child and in my opinion the line will be just as good with him(running the ball) and not Mays.
That is not a knock on Mays, we need him as well.

He’s older than Mays and way less accomplished. He impresses in short bursts...we need more.

IMO, the starting OL will be:

OT - Wanya Morris
OG - Trey "Never Look Back" Smith
C - Brandon Kennedy
OG - Cade Mays
OT - Darnell Wright
Starting lineup right here...with quality backups to not only fill in for breathers, but can also come in and play if someone is out with an injury.

We finally have our OL back.

I got you. :) I don't think it matters as all of those options are the best we've had in years!
Yeah the main point I’m making is Steele for being an authoritative voice on College Football , misses badly on UT’s offensive line starters which by most accounts is one of the best in the country. I certainly would not spend any money on his subscriptions or magazines if this is typical of the analysis he is providing.

At least we're fussing about how good the OL might be instead of how bad.

A step in the Wright direction......

That remains to be seen until they can block Georgia, Florida and Alabama, I'm skeptical.
