There needs to be a poster on the jumbotron that says "Good bye Phil, thanks for proving all of us right on on Nov 8 2008".

I agree that it is time for the Fulmer era to come to an end. We need a changing of the guard to get our program moving in the right direction and again be competitive with the SEC powerhouses.

While the loss to Wyoming was an embarrassment to the program, we need to send CPF off in style. He deserves our respect. He has been:

• An outstanding ambassador of TN athletics
• Truly committed to the kids he coached
• An ethical operator

And he bleeds orange and white. I truly believe he would trade his buyout $ for another great season at TN.

Rightfully so, a leadership change is happening in the program. But Phil deserves our fan base to show up and send him out with class and respect.
