Peyton to Co-purchase Titans in 2015?

Honestly, that was my thoughts when I first read this. I believe he's got another year or two in him to play, and I believe he wants (and can get) another ring before retiring. If this had any significant merit to it I believe we'd see it being broken on all the other major networks at this point. Since he's still playing and is playoff bound, why would this come out now? I really think it's wishful thinking at best at this point.

Peyton needs to buy the Titans. Because the ones running the show there now have no ideal how to build a pro football team.

Sitting there, observing the way Elways is handling his business as a former player turned owner. It makes sense and it would be great. Elways got in there and dropped the coin to get great players. I could see Manning mirroring his ownership style, which would be a great change for the Titans.

I wanted to post this when I saw it a couple hours ago, but I don't have enough posts on VN to start a thread. Guess I better get busy posting and stop lurking. I think it would be great for him and for the team. Whatever he does when he retires, you know he's gonna excel at it.

This would be the best thing that has ever happened to the Titans if it came true. Peyton would demand excellence from the very bottom of the franchise, all the way to the top. I think he could turn around the franchise within 4-5 years. This years team is the worst I can ever remember since coming to Nashville.
