Pet (Dog) Insurance

Anybody have any good recommendations and/or advice on pet (dog) insurance? Looking at possibly getting a new puppy (English Bulldog) in the next month or so and have reviewed pet insurance companies. Woah! So much take in with all the fine print it’s a bit daunting…

Healthy paws or Pumpkin for specialized.

I got burned with pet insurance. Everything has to be carefully worded by the vet. Mine typed up notes incorrectly and they claimed it was a pre-existing condition and denied all claims after I had been told it would be covered.

I used to think pet insurance was silly but after dropping around $6k on medical bills for a dog with epilepsy it no longer seems silly.
