I’ll waste your time with a shout out here. I’m traveling and we blew through there last night. (Not going to the game). We drove over to Zorba’s Greek restaurant last night in Chaplin, SC. Mostly a bar and everybody in there knew each other but us. I’d recommend it.

When Eastman had significant operations in Columbia I always thought it was hard to find an interesting restaurant. 90% advertised “home cooking”

South Carolina is no joke my second favorite SEC campus to Neyland. Love the History of the campus, and getting shrimp and grits low country style too. It used to be my dream to go there for a MBA at Thunderbird. I have partied my ass off there visiting a friend who was there for graduate school. It's a really laid back atmosphere....even with Spurrier there for a time, I just can't bring myself to truly hate the gamecocks. They are maybe the only other SEC school I have genuine affection for. Now Let's see the Vols whip dey asses by sevddy!

The first Baptist church there used to come to Kentucky and do bible school at several churches. There was a girl a couple years older than me named Julie. I was in love with her, can you find her, and drop her off on your way home?👀👀

Also if you can bring back as much diet cheerwine as possible. I will happily pay you. ...and if you don't go by the local ABC store you are insane. I seem to remember they had the best prices on Scotch and good whiskies of any place I have ever been. A lot has changed though and abc laws were repealed awhile ago..so I dunno if the prices are still there or their just another liquor store.
