If you listen to what is said in the video, it's obvious that there is no violation. MJ asked which Jordan's the team got this year and they told him. They wanted a different color or something like that and Jordan said well if make it to the final four, I'll get you whatever you want. I could be wrong, but it doesn't seem like anything out of the ordinary to me.
