Try this, it's super easy, and really good...

Blackberry Cobbler
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Put approx.4 cups of washed blackberries in a lightly greased 8 inch baking dish.
3. Sprinkle blackberries with 1TBSP of lemon juice.
4. In a separate, bowl stir together 1 large egg, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of flour until it becomes crumbly.
5. Sprinkle mixture over berries.
6. Drizzle 6 TBSP of melted butter over the top.
7. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
8. Let stand 10 minutes and serve warm with whip cream or vanilla ice cream.

I usually double the ingredients and use one of those large disposable aluminum baking dishes.

Some ovens cook quicker or slower, so don't get hung up on the time, but when it's bubbling take it out

Never heard of em. Sounds like a great idea though.

Little pecan pies no bigger than your hand in a tin foil wrap. I used to buy them in a case cause they are so good. They were made here in Jackson so they may not have been distributed all over the south east & I'm sure not way out in southern California.
