Yeah. It wasn't the Pavia suit that Joey and a few others are part of.
The one that got denied the injunction was for players that had already played 4 years of NCAA ball but want more.
Joey and the other guys are saying that JUCO years shouldn't count as they weren't NCAA ball

So what if a colelge player redshirted his freshman year, and played two years, then went pro. He has 2 years of college playing time left. If he were to get cut his first year in the nfl. Could he come back to college for two more years?
