See where Pavia has signed with an agency and declared for the draft.

Does this mean the lawsuit where he was the main plaintiff, but included Aguilar is dead?

Where does that put Heupel and Tennessee in regards of a third QB on the roster?

See also where a former Heupel QB from UCF has entered the draft. Could that be the guy Heupel was angling for when the Leavitt deal fell thru?

I'm not a lawyer but I think it's a class action lawsuit now so the "lead plaintiff" can drop out but the lawsuit will continue. There's also no guarantee Pavia will drop out of it even if he's going to the NFL.

I think that was a few other players trying to get redshirts that lost yesterday.
Yeah. It wasn't the Pavia suit that Joey and a few others are part of.
The one that got denied the injunction was for players that had already played 4 years of NCAA ball but want more.
Joey and the other guys are saying that JUCO years shouldn't count as they weren't NCAA ball

No.

Not for the other plaintiffs.

Hey Delmar,Condredge Hollaway had a great career in the CFL.Doug Flutie did well there before finishing in the NFL.Don't be disparaging when you couldn't make it at all.
Football was not my chosen field. Pavia’s is at the moment. My 47 year career in business was extremely satisfying and allowed me to retire comfortably. Trust me, I “made it”. We shall see where he ends up.
