So let me get this straight. Conservatives, who arguably have clinged onto the constitution proudly and have defended several constitutional rights to the bone to support their case for many years, are now saying that we should limit the power of the court?
Hahhahhahahaajjajaajajajjaahahajhahahahhahahahahahahahhahahahaahahahahahahajahahahauahahahahahajahahahahahahahahaa
What a load of hypocritical bull****.
"When it aligns with our beliefs we must listen to the constitution, but when it doesn't we have to make changes."
This is hilarious.
This is hypocrisy at its finest.

I think Roberts ruling on Obamacare is a perfect example of a judge at the highest level violating the constitution.
he was completely wrong in the ruling. fact is these legislative judges have erased our constitution and our congress doesn't have the guts to hold them accountable. we don't have 3 equal powers, the judges have taken sole power and they need to be held into check by the legislative branch.
Maybe you need to go get a law degree, clerk, hang a shingle, fail, join a firm, make partner, run for judgeship, get elected, do a good job, be appointed as a federal judge and then rule against the three people who did all that.
Easy.
Overturning laws or executive actions that they "deem" unconstitutional is not making policy.
