parking question

Tomorrow will be my sixth ut game but the first I will be driving to on my own. Where is the beat place to park it I plan on getting there at least an hour before kickoff? I realize everything will be packed but where are some of yalls favorite places to park for good value and location.

An hour before gets pretty cramped at the public lots downtown. Find a spot along Cumberland at one of the businesses. It won't cost you over $20 for a good spot.

Given that it likely won't be a sellout, you might still be able to get into the decks across from Calhoun's that late. But an hour prior to kickoff I'd highly recommend not going anywhere near campus and finding a shuttle from somewhere.

Buddy I would love to be able to get there earlier but I have a nine month old son and it was hard enough to find a sitter from 4-11 let alone any earlier so Il take what I can get and do the best with it.

Can you tailgate here or is this just a parking garage?

I'd suggest parking at Fort Sanders in the hospital garage. It's a walk, but fairly easy in and out.
