Parking deck question

Hey guys I'm just thinking about buying a parking pass for the G10 parking deck for the candy game. My question is, is the parking first come first serve or does the pass guarantee a parking spot?

Can anyone tell me if you are allowed to use a generator in G10 if you are under cover? Usually park in lot 9, but with family in town this weekend and weather issues we decided to meet in G10. Have a quiet inverter generator.

The allow cars with running motors in there. I'd think that generators are legal... but that's just my opinion.
