Does anyone know how to convert these videos to TCPMP so I can watch them on my smartphone?

No but I had a Treo 700w and it was a P.O.S. and I wouldn't own another. The phone would not pickup anywhere. Luckily I had family working at the local store and I traded it back in and got a Razr. It has been the best phone I have ever owned, and has GREAT signal strength.

Sorry about your luck with the 700w..I've heard that the Windows-based versions had lots of issues. I love mine and couldn't function without it.
