Lastly, let's recall what the former coaches said of Palardy. They stated he had all the tools, he would just defeat himself mentally. Now, he believes. Even if he misses a FG, or gets a bad punt he comes back with an even stronger desire to prove himself again - resilience. I think there's a lesson in this somewhere …

It is always good to pass judgement on college athletes after they have played four years. Our roster issues put him in the pressure cooker a little early but he has been phenomenal this year.
