Just wanted to say thanks for showing up on our board and providing the insights you all did. Also, thanks for keeping it classy and representing Iowa well. You guys are okay in my book, and hopefully you'll stick around and at least lurk on our board here and post something every now and then. Take care guys, and good luck next season. Looks like your schedule is stacked in your favor again, so here's to hoping you capitalize and make some big noise next year. :toast:

Thanks for your hospitality. I've appreciated it very much. I commend your team on a great game and wish you the best moving forward.

I could tell your team was jacked up from the start and we were not. I've never seen an Iowa beat down in a bowl game since I don't know when. I thought the same thing when we got torched by Minnesota earlier this year. We got Major issues in Iowa city. Usually we are prepared and ready to go. I personally think Ferentz will be feeling the heat. I wish you well Vols!!!

Second the sentiments.

Who knows, maybe next year we'll both win a bunch more and meet each, other again?

Thanks guys. We've got some trouble in River City, but still have a sliver of faith in Ferentz to get things straightened out.

This is as poorly coached an Iowa team that I can remember since he's been here. Just a ton of turnover on the staff. Norm Parker (RIP) is more missed than I ever imagined.

You guys are destined for some fun times these next few years. Don't forget to stop and smell the roses along the way because things do cycle, although I imagine you have all the recent perspective you need. Jones is a good dude, and as I've mentioned exhaustingly, Dobbs will be incredible once he learns the passing game a bit better.

Think maybe Ferentz needs to upgrade his staff a little. He's a great coach, and should think about where college football is headed. It is changing and he needs to move with it.

Absolutely. Two teams headed in two very different directions. Hopefully we are doing this to big teams in big bowls in a couple years.

Don't be a stranger.
I tend to like keeping up with our out of the ordinary opponents after we play them.
If anyone ever asks me about Iowa fans, I will always answer that they are pure class.

Thanks for hospitality guys. Sorry we couldn't give you a better game. I'm really embarrassed right now.

Your program is on the rise and was very impressive. The Hawkeyenation.com board is in full meltdown mode right now and I'm doing my best to lead the charge.:salute:

Time for a wholesale coaching change, (yeah right, not happening for at least 2 years)

One last question:
Was our kick returner tossing the ball back onto the field the most assinine play you've ever seen outside of peewee football?:post-4-1090547912:

Be very careful before pulling the trigger on coaching changes.
