Adam 'Pacman' Jones has decided that since he is suspended for the season he will wrestle. His Pro wrestling career begins thursday August 9th I believe. Any thoughts on this.

It doesn't matter anymore. It was appealed and the two parties reached a more reasonable agreement.

Yep. I've been waiting for it to pop up on youtube or somewhere so I could post them. I agree though, that was 100% pure cheesiness. The best part was him being loaded away in an ambulance.

I watched Bryant Gumbel's interview with Pacman tonight. I can't believe his attorneys and advisers allowed him to speak publicly. He came across as poorly as one could.

It's nothing but PR for both. TNA has been trying to jump up the ladder to compete with WWE. They've tried all sorts of stunts with little success. This was something to feed Pacman's ego and something to get TNA some earned media.

It wouldn't surprise me if he did it without their knowledge. A few months ago there was supposed to be a televised apology from Pacman on ESPN. ESPN crews flew up to Nashville for it. At the last second, Pac changed his mind and the whole thing fell through. I don't think he makes a lot of impulse decisions and doesn't seek advice first. If he gets advice, he usually ignores it. He seems pretty apathetic about basically everything.
