As long as it's just one person saying it. Get four managers the discuss an issue through email and it's not good. It's chaos. Everybody answering at different times, answering old questions that were asked the day before, changing things that were modified seven email ago. Good times.

Yeah, I kinda outkicked my coverage work-wise. I built some pretty strong relationships with several state governments and now these relationships are going to start baring fruit, so I need to know a bit better what I am talking about, especially with Medicaid transitions

The patients. I am focused on access to care. Sometimes I have to deal with providers and sometimes insurance. Primarily on the public health side.
