"We will come to your property and paint every last square foot of it in an Orange & White checkerboard pattern. We will analyze your cash flow and cash reserve needs, then split the excess funds on hand into gifts to The University of Tennessee and The University of Tennessee Athletics. The work will be done on a cost + 8% basis, and our management fee will be based upon your revenues and reserves."

Not a bad idea at all, especially considering it is for the University of Memphis haha.
