For ~8 years in the 90s, I worked in financial services - secondary marketing, market risk management, pricing, oversight of shipping & delivery, warehousing line of credit. I was in the office by 6:45am every day, reviewing the overnight market activity and preparing for the 7:00am opening of bond futures. A pattern of waking early is imprinted on me. Still, itā€™s been 27 years since I shifted from that career. Youā€™d think that I would have relaxed the pattern of waking early, but nooooooo..,,

Buddy I was up at 4:15 for 20 years. That stopped IMMEDIATELY upon retirement lol.
