Does anyone know if the game will be on. I will not be able to attend so I was wondering if anyone has heard anything.

It hasn't been on CSS in several years.

It will be carried on SportSouth, which is the same channel that carries the game replays in the fall. It is tentatively scheduled to be shown on tape delay on the Sunday following the game at 8 and 11pm ET. The exact time may change due to Atlanta Hawks coverage.

Will it be shown on Direct TV satellite? If anyone knows, what channel on Direct TV would it be shown and time? Thanks

it live? That makes no sense at all.

Dish Network is a sponsor of the game, but they can't get TV rights because those rights are a part of our TV deal with SportSouth for the replays of football games in the fall and for non-conference men's and women's basketball games. It's two separate contracts.

Unless your game is being carried by ESPN, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to carry it live. That would reduce the crowd in the stadium if you could simply watch it on TV.

Our spring game has only been carried live once, in 2003.

I hear it'll be on MTV Spring Break.

They're moving the game to Panama City Beach and it will be hosted by Paula Shore and Colin Quinn. Jerry Springer will be there as well for a halftime show.

As I said before, CSS doesn't have the rights to our game. It will be carried by SportSouth.

Spring game TV rights are sold by the schools, not the conference so CSS's SEC deal doesn't come into play.
