Just wanna see how many of you are tired of these fake injuries. What will be the over/under on fake injuries by Pitt to try to slow down the Big Orange offense this week?

If we start seeing the fainting goats, then it means we got them on the ropes. So in a way if they start dropping its a good thing?

Last year when UT played Ole Miss according to Tennessee's stats and play-by- at the end of the game, there were 18 recorded stoppages for injuries in Saturday's game, including 11 in the fourth quarter. Drive killers.

With no consequences I expect to see the same all year. Establishing a rule where player whose injury requires a stoppage of play must sit out a set number of plays (or set time) is easy but implementing it would be difficult. You'd almost have to add another official to track it. But ultimately it would be worth it. From a medical point of view, outside of cramps, should a player with a recurring injury even be allowed to return after the second stoppage of play?

It will happen. Until either the NCAA or conferences seriously address the issue, it will happen and continue to happen.

How about these fake polls? Nothing else to do? Get a life. Who gives a rats azz? If they fake injuries they do, if not, then maybe they have class.

I believe we’ll come out hot and after we go up a couple scores, we’ll start seeing it. Every team that plays us saw what ole miss did and realized the ncaa isn’t gonna do anything about it. Opposing coaches would be stupid not to until the ncaa fixes this

You’re right. It’s a very frustrating part of the game. Holding to protect your QB. Interfering rather than give up the TD. I think we will see better acting going forward.
