Out of all the recruits that we are after... who do y'all think we really land????

I think we have a realistic chance at Vonn Bell, & North... other than the lower rated recruits we're after...

Not quite sure why so many are confident that we get Bell...from all I can tell he looks Bama bound. Am I missing something?

Your not missing anything. All top recruits are UT bound and just waiting for their day to announce it. This board will tell you this all day long. Of course when the kids go elsewhere, we never wanted them. They had character issues, or grades were a concern. As long as there is a 1% chance, the kid is all Vol. :p

We will probably miss on the elite defensive recruits that we need so desperately to compete in the SEC (ie Bell, Lawson), but will get one of North or Green. JMO TIFWIW.

Man he really is a total db. Right up there with lil kiffie. Remember when that reporter quoted what one of the players actually said regarding the change from tebow to whatever the other guy(can't remember his name but he totally sucked). What a piece!

Maybe you're missing the fact that Bammer already has about 40 kids committed. THAT could be one deciding factor

I think Tennessee pics up a couple SEC caliber players. And based on CBJ recent offers almost all of Cincinnati's recruiting class.

Bell, Green, North... hopefully Lawson. Heck I want Ramsey, Elder, Bellamy, Wilkins and Morris. :whistling:

At the bare minimum, I would be OK if we got 2 or 3 big names out of everyone that's listed which would be huge IMO because Jones is kind of jumping in a little late. Everyone's got to remember that Jones is an unknown and still has to sell his "system" working at an SEC level. Everyone is moaning and complaining about our schedule but I think it's realistic we finish with a winning record---like 7-6 or something like that....and truthfully that's all we need. We get at least one or two wins against teams that we shouldn't "beat" plus against all the bottom dwellers and non-conference cream puffs and Jones starts to look better perception wise and that enhances his recruiting which I'll say THUS FAR he hasn't done too bad.

I'd say North maybe Lawson. I think we might get a commit on Christmas Day if not then on New Years perhaps.
