all of the above.

ut will never, ever, ever have spurrier as their head coach.
Yes, because people like you would ensure that.

spurrier is not the same coach that won big time in the 90's.
Certainly an upgrade and probably the best in the conference.

i would love for UT to win every game - so winning would make the negavols evaporate.

Nice try.

The UT and UF wins were more those teams losing than USC winning. Those are the only two wins worth mentioning. SOS has gone 15-10 at USC. Not the resume of the best coach in the SEC right now. He may turn it around, I just doubt it.
the real issue though is how many SC teams have ever done that? answer: 0. add to that he got the Clemson monkey of their back last year.....things definitely look up in Columbia.

You really didn't answer my question. Downplaying wins over Florida and UT in the same season is just unreasonable regardless of the circumstances. He won both with a huge talent disparity. Is there another coach in the SEC that could have done that at SC? I don't think so.
nobody prior to SOS had done it.......and nobody at SC had ever beaten TN in Neyland. SOS did it in year one.

It's funny that when you defend CPF, you talk about his lengthy track record, but when you talk about Spurrier, it's "What have you done the last 2 seasons?"
:whistling:

I bet Jeremy Foley would disagree with you. He got in a pissing contest with Spurrier and got away with it.
yes he did. it took him 5 years to get there, but he did finally get away with it.
