That is also the second time that the Coker pass has gone for a TD. GO VOLS

That was as a good of a coached game as I've seen from Fulmer in a long time. I loved that play call with Taylor throwing a TD to Coker. I wish they'd call it every game. There's never anybody near him.

YES we need it every week BUT if they do their job then we need to say good job. If we do not, our opinion has less value.

I asked my father at one point what year it was.i was thinking it was 1996 or something. GREAT GAME VOLS!!!!

I love that play. It can only work so often... but I love it. I think the last time it was used was last season vs Florida when the same 2 players hooked up for a touchdown.

Sure, I can give mad props to the coaching staff. Everything we were unable to do prior to this game (missed tackles, stopping the run, getting OL push for the run) we did today. Way to go guys.

Although, I do not like to see the uber conservative second half with less intensity. Keep the battle on! Stay with the intensity on D, and keep putting up points.

i'll even admit the coaching staff did a great job preparing for this game. Now can they get kids ready in one week? i hope so.

All they have done is showed their hole cards!!!!!!!! Tenn. football is back IF we keep this up.

I wonder if I create a bunch of fire fulmer threads before the Alabma game UT will blow them out too? and then before the Arkansas......then Kentucky........:p

Thanks Hat. Good to hear from you. At least you are honest and not just a Negavol. Today is a day to enjoy a big win. We will get back to work on Monday, no SEC road game is easy.

Add SC to the list too....
Tennessee is talented enough to beat everybody left on the regular schedule. Going out and playing unfundamentally sound football and devising poor game plans and getting beat by two or more of these teams is just mediocre football. My beef on Fulmer is that he is mediocre since the 1998 NC. My hats are off to the coaching staff for putting together a great game plan. If they keep up this type of coaching with consistency, I will certainly change my tune of Fulmer.

To me, this game proves how much our coaching makes a difference. We were well prepared, coached about the things we had been doing poorly, and made corrections. If these things would have been done prior to the UF game, it may have been much closer...
