looked tough? terrible from the field and the stripe? thats terrible fundamental basketball. our heart is the only thing that isnt lacking.

they will have trouble winning on the road because of their poor free thow shooting.I hate to even see them go to the line.

The thing that kicked off the screwing of the Vols in the last minute was that foul call on Smith when he was going for a steal..

I agree that free throw shots are fundamental.
To be within a basket of winning on the road at #5 is impressive.I think this game proves they can win anywhere. It's not a death sentence like football.

This game and the last game proves that they can lose by a point anywhere. Not that impressive. We need to win a big road game before ill be impressed.

Of course being a UTmens basketball fan for years it doesn't take a whole heck of alot to impress me.We have stunk it up so much up until last year.

At least this team doesn't quit. Down double digits in both road game and we battle back. Refs were pretty bad today but not even close to the screwing we got at Vandy. I did think the missed a few key calls late. Then there was the OSU game with his right foot 3 feet out of bounds with 2.5 seconds left... Ref was wanting to get home I guess. All that being said...we had our best FT shooter on the line with 23 seconds left and a chance to make it a 3 point game. We should have won. I believe that if we can keep our heads up and go and beat Auburn then we will be fine. We are a lot better than we think we are right now. We just need to work on our free throws. If that part of our game doesn't improve we will find ourselves losing a few more that we should win.

I was just thinking the whole nation is seeing Bruce Pearl ball now.We better save a little extra in the kitty for him.I know he'll be getting offers.
