She was concerned that it was too far away. But after she asked a lot of questions and got the answers she was looking for she's alright with Tennessee. She really liked the coaches and that's who I will sign with on Wednesday."

Jacobs, who has 3 years to play 2 years, has been a Texas A&M commitment but the recent firing of Mike Sherman and the defensive staff had Jacobs looking around and he liked what he saw on Rocky Top.

"I really liked the campus a lot," Jacobs offered. "I like the way they do things with their program. I really liked their whole program, the coaches, the players, the Vol for Life program, the facilities and the academic help. It feels good to have everything over with and I'm very happy to be going to Tennessee."

Only one from the west so far. Some other teams from both divisions may move up before it's said and done. Still have awhile until signing day. Looks good so far though.
