As “myblood “ correctly stated the link doesn’t work. Are you referring to the article awhile back where Webb stated he wanted some sort of help from UT, financial I am assuming, and was denied? Or has something new come up?

Here's another article from 2016, possibly after the link above. Webb states in the article he's working as a scout, and the whole thing about asking players for help occurred after he had hurt his back working on his Jeep, and that the whole thing was overblown.
