That USC blowout may have been a fluke.

If you watched a lot of Pac-10 football over the last few years this sort of thing isn't terribly surprising. EVERY YEAR, the Beavers have a terrible 1-2 or 2-3 start and then surge late in the season to become a factor in the conference title race.

The last two years they were a win away from the Rose Bowl despite slow starts. Though I expect that this years Beavs will win all their remaining games except Stanford and Oregon.

i admit im not really a pac 10 fan. i do think that they are the 2nd best in country behing sec tho

that said, oregon state is a dangerous team. it hurts them this year that they lose their best WR but i still think they are going to surprise people. thye play oregon at home so i am going to say they beat the ducks for that reason
well that depends on tonight - if USC wins then oregon wins out

Reser isn't historically a dangerous place for the Ducks. We have the all time series lead in the building and the last time the Ducks played there we murdered 'em 65-38 even though the Beavers only needed to win the game to go to the Rose Bowl and Oregon wasn't playing for anything more then a birth to the Holiday Bowl... :huh:

That being said, I agree that the Beavers are a dangerous team. I know several OSU fans that want us to run the table before the Civil War just so they can ruin the perfect season/NC bid.

agree. however this year is far from normal. i mean auburn is #1! that alone makes this a "wth"kinda year
