Since all these rumors are floating around id like to here how we would stack up if we had Gruden on the sideline? Dooley?

Id like to think that we have a good shot at beating them if we have Gruden and his 4 million dollar staff. Being we retain some players.

We would need to gain some major impact freshmen and retain the major players. It can be done, but don't expect it

With any coach, the defense is going to need roller skates. Doesn't mean it can't be done but does mean they are going to have to find some quickness somewhere.

Not gonna stack up well. Losing CP and Hunter is gonna hurt. Eventually Peterman will be 10 times the QB that Bray was, but we gotta give him a learning season.

It would take a monster coaching job, player effort, good luck combination to beat them (obviously not possible with Dooley). I just hope we hit them in the mouth and make it tough for them.

It would be the what if game for Dooley supporters and the expected results for the next coach....I expect a rout either way......

A staff of Vince Lombari, Bear Bryant, Tom Landry, Robert Neyland, Jimmy Johnson, George Halas, Bill Walsh, Buddy Ryan, Hank Stram and Don Shula could not coach the Vols up enough to hang with the Ducks at their place. The point spread on that game will be at least 25 and I'm taking the ducks. It is a horrible matchup for us....we have mass on defense but no speed. And they have the quickest set of playmakers in the NCAA. They will spread us out, run a hundred plays and probably hang about 80 on us.

But if Jon Gruden is our coach, we will win by two touchdowns.

Is it too late to buy them out of the schedule and replace them with Buffalo??

Just stop with the Gruden lunacy. It wouldn't mater anyway - we are going to get KOed the moment we step off the bus. Might be the worst defreat in the history of UT athletics..........should be fun, tho.

Agree with all that was said here but the last sentence. Even if Gruden is our coach we still get our ass handed to us because we have NO Defense. There is no tackling & secondary is too slow for their speed on Offense.
