I like the orange pants and white jersey look. Looked great at UCLA last year... just with the offense played as well as they looked.

I think I missed the memo on this about the Bama game. Is this supposed to become tradition that Bama and Tenn will both wear their home jerseys for the game? USC and UCLA did this last year. It cost the away team a timeout but the home team burned a time out first play of the game to make it even.

Yes. The NCAA changed the rule in the off-season. As long as both teams agree (and the SEC, um, suggested), there is no longer a timeout penalty.

The Vols have not done well when wearing the Orange Pants. The SEC Championship game v. LSU comes to mind.

im sorry i just dont like the orange pants...i mean the orange jersey and orange pants in the sec championship game in 2007 wasint bad but...i dunno i think it just reminds me of last years loss to UCLA...

i wish tennessee would get rid of the stripes on the side of their pants. bring back the solid white pants like they had in 98 and with manning. i hate the stripes. looks to generic.

I don't much care for the orange pants on white jerseys, but it sorta looked like the old Tampa Bay bucs uniforms. Maybe Monte thought that would bring him some good luck :)
