It’s dumb because some of us act like if we offer people are going to jump on the job. People take time to make big decisions like this for their family.Considering our first choices are off the board and we’re competing with a ever increasing number of contenders for the remainder of the top talent, it isn’t “dumb”. The search is another fiasco at this point. Decisive leadership wins.
I'm just over here like "Dear goodness, hire a OC."
I hate having a coaching vacancy. One less person recruiting/helping our guy get better. Not that we need to get the wrong guy. Just like having a staff that's intact.
Ahhh, not really..... Pruitt is ensuring these kids of what his plans are and what's going on. People are making a bigger deal out of that then it actually is.Just got context, those positions don’t have the potential to make much of a positive or negative impact on their recruiting classes.
Tennessee’s does.
Jeremy Pruitt was introduced as the head coach at Tennessee. I think most of us are willing to give him time to get the program turned around. The coaching search painful, and at times, humiliating for Vol fans. I NEVER wish to go through that fiasco again.
