The fact that he accounted for a stop by himself puts him in elite status for that game not many players can say that.

PAUL BAIN RECOVERED A FUMBLE!

Surprised nobody's talking about this, the highlight of the game.

Anyway, watched the Jeremy Pruitt Show. I feel better. We have a real coach. And Paul Bain.

The ironic thing is, Paul Bain is only PAUL BAIN THE LEGEND when he's an unheralded walk-on bench warmer with an impressively intimidating photo.

He has outgrown the legend. He's a real-life stud now. The jokes just don't play the same.

I'm thrilled for him.

p.s. We're gonna need a new Rod Wilks.

I have bought into what CJP is selling. His no none sense demeanor is refreshing.

Some of his comments that I liked (paraphrased).
- We did some thing very well. When we didn't do what we were coached to do we payed for it.
- Some have bought in completely, some are on the fence, some, a small few won't buy in. We'll get their degrees and move on. (this was awesome)

VN is about to earn that status for JJ Peterson. It's been hovering around the Butkus-Lewis-LTaylor level for months now. If he redshirts, watch out.

I agree. Watching that was quite informative. The guy is no nonsense and not in a fake "tough guy" way either. Loved the way he would touch on a laundry list of failures for each play whether it was a + or - result. Made me feel good that he actually has a measurable plan to fix this. I missed the part about that quote ... hilarious.
