3 Days of the Condor was the first film of which I wrote an academic review. Snuck in a portable (4"x6"x10") cassette recorder for the second screening, so I'd have all the lines correct.

Who would have imagined that a Hitchcockian spy-dunnit would 40+ years later be rediscovered as prescient. Same for that (once) dark satire, Network. (Dang! I hope we don't "rediscover" Logan's Run anytime soon!)

Electric Cowboy may not be great cinema, but it was certainly a satisfying movie experience.

It was owned by a very pleasant foreign couple... Klatu and Baradda Nikto.
