Let him go... I'm so over sports ...
I’m with you bud.
me and my boy are going to check out some Tennessee Wesleyan baseball next season and I have a friend who’s son is playing football at Maryville and I plan on watching him this fall.
You’re more than welcome to join us.
My boys middle school age baseball is a ton of fun too.
I’m ready to get back to the roots of my “college” sports fandom.
I want to go watch kids compete because they love the game, not because they’re playing for the highest bidder.

Some of my in-laws went to a wedding of their in-laws. There was a casual picnic a couple of days before the wedding in Alabama (both bride and groom were alumni). So, this is how my in-laws showed up 😜 I wonder if they overdressed. (they are not Alabama fans)

Got the sad news tonight fellas. My 100 yo + 7 months mother has been called to come Home to be w/the Lord Jesus tonight. I've been expecting it so I'm not to big of a shock. I lost my dad back in March of 1960. This'll be the first time they have see each other in 65 years. I was over there w/her earlier today in the afternoon and you could tell it was time. She passed away on my brother's birthday today. God giveth and God taketh away.
OB, I am just now getting the chance to respond to this.
I said a prayer for you and mom early this morning and I hope you both got the peace that I prayed for.
I’m saddened at this news but I’m also happy that I know she is home!
We love you bud and are definitely thinking about you!

Thanks 71. Kind words & prayers are fully appreciated & always
needed in today's world. You can never ever replace your mother.
If yours was like mine where she took care of you daily and corrected
you at times that was meant to show you a better way of acting & being.
She was a fine & a faithful lady to her God first & to her family second. She
always knew God was in control of her life if you just trust Him to do so.

Hear, hear. Love me some HS sports. Maryville’s got a great tradition too!
