Getting bad news about my mom today. Things are not looking too good.
That's why I have to drive to the airport to pick my brother up. Nursing
home thinks she only has a few hours to live now. She is 100 yo.

I don't understand that trade at all. He's owed money 'till 2030. The Reds have a top notch 3B prospect in AAA.

They have 2 guys coming up that are among the best 3rd base prospects in baseball.
Maybe they plan on shopping one of them?

Prolly a trade I would have passed on, but you never know. I try not to get too judgmental regarding trade deadline transactions. I just hope my Astros stand pat and are patiently waiting for their IL pipeline to start delivering SP and LHB talent back onto the team.

IMO, the two Vols have brighter futures in SF,
but wish gilbert could have stayed in houston

there were some fleeting moments when mets got a lotta love from me, but ive remained faithful to Redbirds since 1962
