Boy Howdy. 🤠 The Braves pick (96th) Cody Miller & never gave the Vols a sniff.
They waited all day to #96 to pick this gem from E.TN. State. Its Show Time.

He is a damn good player. So happy the Braves finally realized SS sucked throughout the entire organization and addressed it.

He isn’t threatening to holdout from what I’ve read. He just wants a long term extension after this year since he will be a free agent and if the 49ers aren’t willing to do that then he wants to go to a team that is willing.

On a side note: If NFL would be willing to get rid of the franchise tag then players have to stop requesting trades. I think that would be a fair trade off.
I'd give my right nut if Jennings was pick up somehow by the Cowboys. 😛
We'd have another Alvin Harper. Harper was a big git stud for the Cowboys.

Chipper who? Go away dude. You're a has been now. :)
There are plenty of examples where a guy didn’t make an ASG and ended up winning the MVP. Chipper was just the one I remember most. Led NL third basemen in OBP and OPS and second in HR. The Pirates and Marlins needed a rep so they selected their 3B. Also they did the fan vote that year they didn’t have guardrails in place so a fan in Boston voted 40K times for Nomar. Not sure what the NL fan vote was but I remember the Nomar voting because the game was at Fenway.

Matt Williams was starting 3rd baseman in 99 all star game.. Ed Sprague was the reserve 3rd baseman. The Pirates only rep..
