Of Course my depth chart only uses 1 tight end and only 2 recievers... so there will of course be modifications and variants... but is this the group...?

I will take it much better than mine. Rumored that Preston Baily quit the team.

I think the jist of the argument is whether or not you believe the guys that have been listed are capable of not only playing but playing well at the SEC level...

Remember...we're not trying to just get by or remain in the middle of the pack in the SEC...we're trying to rebuild this program to the point of being at the top of what has become the best conference by far in the country...and IMO it starts in the trenches where our most glaring need is(yes...even bigger than QB...if you're focusing on the whole picture)

So the question is...Are the players in the 2-deep good enough to get us back to that point?

I would say the starters are but after that I'm not sure...

Then that begs the question...What happens next year when 4 of those 5 starters are gone?

I think we could be in trouble...or we could be seeing alot of highly rated true freshman playing alot of minutes in 2010

Last years performance was a disgrace on the line.

Something went awry in the offensive plan and we lost a year of talent in these lineman.

Hence, new coaches and add the S&C coach.

Complete Change of attitude, philosophy and coaching.

We will have to see what pans out this year and recruit like heck if it doesn't pan out next year.

I sincerely doubt that Pope or Anderson will ever be SEC worthy players.

I think we'll see Aaron Douglas as an OT in 2010. We'll need some smoke and mirrors and JUCOs to survive 2010, after that I think our talent restocking should be in pretty good shape.

The new SC coach will have them ready. I here that they lineman are really moving slowly around campus after his early morning weight lifting.

I hope they develop some pop this year. They need to come off the line and blow some holes.

I think that we will be ok on the O Line because with the new S&C program along with the "no bs" coaching... I think that the current members will be able to produce... They won't be fantastic.. but I think that they can attain adequate.

GO VOLS!
